Edvantage Career Partners offers Admit Beacon, including all information, tools and services available from this website to the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and stated below.

Pricing Policy, Discounts and Payment terms
We offer customised pricing and a custom schedule of payments for the services rendered by us. The details are provided to you beforehand, and specific inclusion, exclusions and terms are clearly mentioned in your invoice. Some services can be utilised only for fixed durations. In such cases, it is clearly mentioned in the description of these services in your invoice. Our service is offered for your personal benefit and is not for resale.
Refunds and Roll-overs
We do not refund, or roll-over all-inclusive packages, hourly-packages or any other service, in whole or in part, once services have commenced. Services and/or Products are deemed ‘in use’ upon completing the first service conversation.
In extenuating personal circumstances, we are happy to discuss and make exceptions and offer roll-overs and refunds beyond the outlined refund and roll-over terms. These exceptions are at the sole discretion of Edvantage Career Partners.
Refunds are subject to a minimum INR 10,000 administration fee, plus the cost of any services delivered. If you are approved for a refund, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 10 – 15 working days.
Roll-overs, where clients elect to postpone their applications to a later admissions season, are subject to additional charges. If you are approved for a roll-over, you will be required to pay roll-over fees within 15 working days of receiving roll-over approval.
Your Personal Information
Our Privacy Policy governs personal information submitted by you. We will provide any of your confidential information to any third party or inform any third party that you are our client in an event other than requested by you or as required by law.
Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liabilities
We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. We do not warrant that the results obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable. In particular, but without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Admit BeaconTM and Edvantage Career Partners makes no representations or warranties with respect to (a) the likelihood of success in obtaining admission to a program, (b) whether the services will enhance or detract from the strength of your application, or (c) any guarantee that you will obtain admission to any program.
By accepting these terms, you agree that Admit BeaconTM and/or Edvantage Career Partners shall not in any way be liable for your failure to achieve admission to any graduate or professional program. You further agree to indemnify, defend and hold Edvantage Career Partners harmless from and against any losses, claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses and disbursements, stemming from third party claims arising out of or resulting from your acts, the delivery of the services, or the admissions process.
Disputes and Jurisdiction
Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms of Service shall not be construed against the drafting party. These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and jurisdiction of Vadodara, Gujarat
